On October 16, 2023, we held a webinar with the CEO of DigiU, where we unveiled the details of new projects of our venture capital fund.

Alexey started with the latest updates:

• He explained the progress of EYWA.
• He shared information about Alexander I's trip to India.
• He commented on the registration of the venture capital fund.

The goal of the second stage of DigiU's development is to create a fund with $50,000,000 liquidity and invest in over 30 startups within 3 years.

We conducted a thorough market analysis and identified areas where we possess both high expertise and the necessary technology. As part of this, Alexey introduced three projects that will join our venture fund portfolio this year:

Artificial Intelligence

DigiU will focus on generative services, predictive analytics, and social interactions. We are currently deciding whether to develop our own ideas and projects or to bring in external projects from the areas of interest, but in a more advanced state of readiness.

Tokenized Asset Marketplace (TokenEstate)

RWA is a trend that we can already observe. Real estate is just one of many real-world assets that will be tokenized in the near future. We already see attempts to tokenize precious metals, gems, businesses, and other assets.

Therefore, the development of this direction in the form of a unified marketplace for tokenized assets is a strategically sound decision for the venture fund and the entire ecosystem.

RWA is a new form of ownership that can lead to the next evolution of the market and all related areas.

RWA-Bank

Alexey reminded the audience of his presentation at MoneyExpo 2023, where he discussed the future of banking and shared the upcoming steps in creating RWA Bank as one of DigiU's products. Webinar attendees were the first to learn how the evolution of our farming fund into a banking structure will enhance our products and impact the entire RWA market, both in the real and digital worlds.

«Just think about it! Already in the next year, in a test mode, we will be ready to issue loans and mortgages for the purchase of tokenized real estate and other assets and accept these objects as collateral. This is a clear business at the intersection of the real world and high technology, which will significantly strengthen the ecosystem's position in all directions and naturally impact the company's capitalization and profit», added Alexey after the webinar.

The ecosystem is getting ready to bring these projects to the market, just as we launched the first potential unicorn! Funding rounds will be open, with DigiU investors participating in the early stages, allowing them to become co-owners of these new projects.

Webinar attendees greeted the news with enthusiasm and expressed their support for the company.

This Thursday, another webinar will provide details on how the DigiU community can participate in the earliest funding rounds and receive their shares in the next 3-6 months!
