Price Increase and First Distribution of the 3rd Stage of RWA Projects Financing: Tomorrow

Tomorrow, two events will take place in the DigiU ecosystem:

• On March 1, the price of shares will increase to $0.065.

There are 3 months left until the completion of the sale of DigiU shares.

• Also tomorrow, we will announce the results of the 1st distribution of the 3rd stage of RWA projects financing.

We remind you of the conditions to participate in the distribution:

Distribution period: 16.02.2024 – 15.03.2024. 23:59 (UTC).

Volume: 25% of the property allocated to the stages.

Conditions for receiving: payment for DigiU shares during the third stage.

Payment amount: from $100 one-time.

Attention:

• 50% will be distributed to shares purchased from 16.02.2024 to 29.02.2024, 23:59 (UTC).
• 50% will be distributed to shares purchased from 01.03.2024 to 15.03.2024, 23:59 (UTC).

Any active overdue payment completely excludes you from the distribution.
