Key Plans for the DigiU Ecosystem in 2024

The year 2023 marked a crucial strategic period for the development of the DigiU ecosystem, achieving significant results and setting even more ambitious goals for the new year, 2024. In December, a webinar with Alexey Ognev and Alexander I took place, where the founders provided detailed insights into the upcoming objectives!

Here are the main highlights:

In 2023, we transitioned to the second stage of DigiU ecosystem development – expanding the Venture Capital Fund with the goal of growing the technological portfolio, connections, markets, and commercially successful products. Four promising projects emerged: BinaryX, SpiritMe, RWA-Marketplace, and RWA-Bank. The plan for the next year is to increase this number to 10!

Development plans for the WebWise Ventures Venture Fund:

• Fund registration in the first quarter of 2024.
• Partnerships with over 350 funds and accelerators.
• Launching a platform for private rounds.

Additionally, we've set key goals for the new year, 2024:

• Complete the sale of shares by 30.06.2024.
• Conduct a corporate group reorganization and burn unrealized shares.
• Launch the initial versions of RWA projects.
• 2024 will be a year of exhibitions and conferences to expand international influence.

«Let's see how the burning of shares will happen, in what percentages it will occur. We are moving towards increasing the share of early investors from 2% to 40%, while the team's share will decrease from 51% to 40%. Another 20% will be reserved. All of this will enable the company to prepare for an IPO. After the completion of the sale, the total amount of contracts, concluded by installments by that time, will be known, and we will conduct the burning in the fourth quarter of 2024», shared Alexey.
