What does the certificate give me?
The certificate grants the right to purchase real estate on the DigiU RWA marketplace on credit, with special conditions:
- Reduced interest rates
- Lower initial payment
- Property cost without markup
When can I use it?
We expect the first deals during the MVP launch of RWA Bank and the marketplace in the second quarter of 2024.
What real estate can I purchase?
You can only buy properties listed on the RWA marketplace. You cannot purchase any property you like in your city or use government bonuses like maternal capital.
I invested in DigiU in 2019, can I participate in the certificate draw?
Yes, certainly. All paid share packages starting from $1000 are eligible for this draw.
How many certificates can I win?
Each profile can win a maximum of 2 certificates. If you purchased a share package from December 2019 to December 2023, you are in the draw for the first 5 certificates. If you make a purchase from 15.12.2023 to 31.12.2023, you'll be in the draw for another 5 certificates.
If I have an installment plan of $1000 or more, am I eligible for the draw?
You are eligible if your profile has a package of $1000 or more and you've paid at least $1000 for it.
What if I don't need a mortgage?
If you don't plan to purchase real estate using the certificate, you can sell it to interested DigiU partners, with a maximum price limit of $3000.
How can I participate in the draw?
Check the conditions;
- Period: 14.12.2023. – 31.12.2023. 23:59 (UTC).
- 5 certificates will be drawn among share packages of $1000 or more paid from 01.12.2019 to 15.12.2023.
- 5 certificates will be drawn among share packages of $1000 or more paid from 15.12.2023 to 31.12.2023.
Having any active overdue payment excludes you from the draw.
When will the certificate draw take place?
10.01.2024.
