Start of the First Funding Stage for RWA-Marketplace and RWA-Bank

Today marks the beginning of the first funding stage for two new projects of the DigiU Venture Capital Fund: RWA-Marketplace and RWA-Bank.

The goal of this initial phase is to create a detailed project roadmap, an initial financial model, establish project teams, and set up the necessary infrastructure for their implementation.

Period: From 20th October 2023 to 10th November 2023 at 23:59 (UTC).

Volume: 10% of the ownership of RWA-Marketplace and RWA-Bank allocated for this stage.

Conditions: Payment of DigiU shares in during this first stage.

Payment amount: Any amount.

This is the only stage with a time limit. Time and speed of action are crucial for the success of these projects, so the most favorable conditions are available for DigiU investors.

Attention:

• 50% will be allocated to shares purchased before 31st October 2023 at 23:59 (UTC).
• 50% will be allocated to shares purchased before 10th November 2023 at 23:59 (UTC).

Any active overdue payments will disqualify you from the distribution.
