Alexey Ognev and Alexander I met with the CEO of the Binaryx project Oleg Kurchenko. They addressed the key questions about Binaryx. Read the main points ????

❓How did the Binaryx project come about?

In early 2022, we found the right legal model to help tokenize any asset.
The main discovery in this subject was a new kind of organization in the United States, in Wyoming, called DAO LLC. It is an LLC that a smart contract can manage. And the token holders of that smart contract are the shareholders, which means the owners of that LLC. Thus, by creating a new LLC and buying an object, we tokenize the property by tokenizing the LLC's shares.

✨Everything is as transparent as possible: you can check the object yourself. Go to the Binaryx website, look up the smart contract address of the property, go to the Wyoming state registry of companies, select the company associated with that property, download the documents for that company, and right in the documents, you'll see the smart contract address that runs that company.

So, you don't need lawyers or notaries and so on. Because when an asset is digitized, tokens are transferred from one address to another, there is simply a transfer of ownership.

❓What is the goal of Binaryx?

We see tremendous potential in Real World Assets. Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin supports this topic; Binance Labs released a report at the World Economic Forum, which also touched on this subject. This huge narrative will help the global economy grow faster and help the blockchain industry reach the next stage.

We have an ambitious goal - tokenizing 1% of global real estate. In terms of money, it is about $4 trillion, four times more than the current capitalization of the entire cryptocurrency market.

❓What makes you different from your competitors?

We follow all our competitors. Most are now in the US and work exclusively for that market. We have taken a different route.

We allow investors to diversify their portfolios and invest in real estate in different parts of the world. We are now focusing on Bali and preparing to enter the second region, Dubai.

People are traveling now, borders are more open, and more people in digital professions are moving to warmer countries and working remotely. Residential real estate is the fastest-growing market in the world.

But if you take our approach as a whole, by and large, the other players are tokenizing only their real estate. Our goal is to solve the problems that exist in the real estate market:
????High entry threshold.
????Diversification of real estate investments.
????Liquidity of properties.
????Infrastructure for existing players.

❓What about your work with accelerators?

We have a pre-acceleration in a startup called Wise Guys. It is one of the top startup accelerators in the EU. Next, we are doing acceleration at Web3Port, an accelerator for Web-3 startups. And also InnMind.

First, cooperation with them helps us identify our weaknesses and enable us to go directly to funds that will invest in us and attract smart money.

❓Tell us about the benefits of investing in your token for investors?

At the moment, we have three primary sources of income. The first is income from the initial tokenization. We take our percentage. The second is income from the token sale on the secondary market when there is a resale between people. In the future, this will become one of the company's primary sources of income. And the third is recurring payments from rent. This kind of income will be generated continuously and will enable us to bring in money recurrently, even if new properties stop being tokenized.

And in the future, we will create an additional product, which will be called LaunchPad. There will be an opportunity to sell properties under construction for real estate developers and agencies. This will allow investors to participate in investments at the construction stage. Later, there will be commercial properties.

❓What about negotiations with potential partners?

We plan to implement EYWA to build cross-chain solutions and immediately use all the blockchains that EYWA works with. And therefore, to enable users to tokenize properties on the blockchains they want on their own.

Plus, EYWA will make it possible to transport tokens between blockchains and therefore get money on the blockchain that is profitable for the user - this is also a considerable advantage.

As for partnerships with exchanges, we are currently in talks with Trustee Wallet, Snowball Money, and Firestarter.
