DigiU goes to a new level: company registration in the European Union!

Many times we have said that we are registering a company by EU standards.
We have already registered the main DigiU company in Cyprus! And we are currently in the process of registering a subsidiary DigiU company. In just a few weeks we will receive documents confirming the official status of the second company.

️ The European Union has some of the most strict legal requirements, so to register in the EU means to gain global recognition!

Registration in the EU:
Will allow us to cooperate with any European counterparties.
Will allow to pay you profits to securities holders on favourable terms thanks to a loyal tax system.
Will raise the DigiU status among potential partners and companies around the world.
Will provide great opportunities for the distribution of the company at a global level.

As soon as we receive company documents, we will start the process of registering securities.
