DigiU securities are called notes. DigiU notes are not referred to as structured notes. The underlying asset of a note is a DigiU.Holdings share. The return on the notes = the return on DigiU shares.
Partners of the company receive securities of DigiU Holdings Ltd.
The company's articles of association state that DigiU Holdings Ltd. has issued 200 billion shares.
10% of DigiU Holdings Ltd's shares (i.e. 20 billion shares) will be realised through crowd-investment. This 10% stake is held by DigiU Finance Ltd.
DigiU Finance Ltd has issued securities - notes, at the rate of 1 note = 1 share for this block of shares. The purpose of the notes, according to the issue prospectus, is to pay out to the owner of the note the return on DigiU Holdings Ltd shares - dividends and other possible payments. These are the notes that the DigiU project partners receive!
