All about KYC verification in DigiU

What is KYC?
KYC (know your customer) is a compulsory process of customer identification and verification.

Why is KYC verification required?
After completing KYC, you can exchange company shares for securities or notes, on a one-to-one basis.

Instructions for completing the KYC:
️ First step is to fill in your personal details and upload an identity document.
️ Second step is to get your profile verification confirmation.
️ Third step is to obtain a statement from the DigiU securities register showing the number of notes you hold.

️ Important: If you purchased your share package in instalments, the number of securities on the register of Digiu Finance LTD, which issues them, will increase with each new instalment.

What information do I need to fill in?
The list includes: Last Name, First Name, Middle Name (if any); Full address in the format: street, house, flat, city, district (for rural locations), region, postcode, country. The details must be filled in English.

To pass the KYC, scans of the document and a verification photo must be attached. What do they have to contain?
To pass the verification, you need to attach a scan or photo of your passport, a document proving your address, a scan or photo of the residence page and a verification photo. The verification photo is your photo with your passport, a piece of paper with "DigiU" written on it and the date of document upload in "day/month/year" format.

KYC verification is available for partners from Russia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and India, Poland, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Spain, Cuba, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ivory Coast, Croatia and Slovenia.

Soon we will open KYC option for Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Togo, Benin, Guinea, Gabon, Burkina Faso.
