KYC for Indonesia

We are launching the KYC verification procedure for DigiU's Indonesian partners!

Russia was the first country for which the KYC procedure was available. For several months, we have been fine-tuning the process, studying and taking into account all the details and preparing instructions to make the process as simple as possible.
As of today, the opportunity to complete the KYC is open to partners in Indonesia.
In time, the procedure will be available for other countries.

️ KYC (know your customer) is a compulsory process to identify and verify the identity of the customers.

Why do I need KYC verification?
Once you pass the KYC, you will have an opportunity to exchange company shares for securities on a one-to-one basis.

How to pass the KYC?

Go to the profile section of your user account and open the KYC tab.

Fill in all the necessary information: first name, surname and patronymic name (if any); full address in the following format: street, house, flat, city, district, region, index, country. You should fill in all the information in English.

It is obligatory to attach verification photos: identity document - scan or photo of your passport; document confirming address - scan or photo of residence registration page; verification photo - your photo with opened passport, and a piece of paper with the word "DigiU" and indication of the date of documents upload in "day.month.year" format.

Your application will be processed within 7 working days.
