❓ How do I withdraw funds from my DigiU user account?
You can only withdraw funds from a partner account. You can withdraw money to your USDT or Perfect Money wallet. The minimum withdrawal amount is $100.
Each withdrawal is manually moderated to secure your funds. Usually, withdrawal takes up to 24 hours, but sometimes it can take a little longer due to technical reasons.

❓ My deposit was not credited to my account. What should I do?
Most often, this question arises when you make a deposit in cryptocurrency.
The solution depends on the top-up method.
- Card payment. Usually, the problem is related to 3DS. We need more information to verify the transaction. Please provide technical support with the phone number you entered at paymo.ru when making the payment and the last 4 digits of the card you paid with.
