DigiU CIO Boris Povar was a speaker at RUSSIAN TECH WEEK

RUSSIAN TECH WEEK is a large-scale conference on digital technologies, organized by the Russian Silicon Valley - Skolkovo Innovation Center. Boris Povar, DigiU CIO, was an expert at this conference and gave a speech on “Uniting DeFi".
