Do you want a quicker response time? Please send your question straight from your DigiU account!
Do you feel you are taking too long? Don't worry! If you have received an email confirming that your request has been accepted, your query is already in progress.
Remember: the time it takes to reply depends on the complexity of your issue. On average, it can take up to 48 hours for your request to be resolved. Correcting/changing incorrect payments, instalments, packages, or other complicated technical problems takes up to 72 hours.
️ The DigiU project has grown tremendously over the past few months: the number of partners and, accordingly, the number of requests for technical support has increased. As a result, the average time to answer a question has also increased!
High-quality work with partners is one of the main priorities of the company. Therefore, if you do not get an answer for a long time, your question is likely to be transferred to another department for consultation with experts, and you will soon get a detailed solution to your problem!
