DigiU's ISIN

We have told you many times that we are in the process of obtaining an ISIN. This process started last year. Back in September, we registered two companies in Cyprus. Obtaining an ISIN took a few months due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Just a week ago, we finally received our ISIN! We always keep our promises and follow through with even the most difficult processes.

ISIN is the international security identification number. It identifies a security for transactions and other operations in the global market. It means that DigiU securities are now fully compliant with international legal standards!

Before submitting all the necessary documents for obtaining the ISIN, we registered two companies in Cyprus, a European jurisdiction. Both of our companies, DIGIU HOLDINGS LTD and DIGIU FINANCE LTD, were successfully registered. Each of them is already in the international databases, which contain information on all officially registered companies and their securities.

The ISIN number is assigned by the national numbering agency (NNA). Every country has its own NNA. In Cyprus, the Cyprus Stock Exchange performs this role.

The securities will be issued from DIGIU FINANCE LTD.
