Results of the strategy session

DigiU is growing rapidly - and so is the project team. We take our work seriously and organise team-building events using professional methods of organising joint activities. We involve highly qualified specialists in these events. One such event is a strategy session!

During the strategy session, we participated in specific professional training, improved team relations and worked on planning the project's work for the year. The purpose of the event was to create a coordinated system which will increase productivity, improve the atmosphere in the team, reduce the time to achieve the set goals and avoid possible mistakes. We also set goals for 2021 and specific tasks that will help us achieve them successfully.

Our priorities for 2021 include:
Developing and strengthening the DigiU Venture Fund. We are currently in negotiations with two foreign companies.
Creating new AI developments and improving existing ones. Our IT team plans to create a new product based on predictive analytics technology.
Blockchain. Our DigiU.Lab team won a prize at the international ETH.Global Hackathon. Now DigiU.Lab is improving the product they worked on at the Hackathon. In the future, it will be monetised, and the DigiU ecosystem will be expanded with new products and developments based on blockchain technology.
Regular dividend payments. We are now fully engaged in creating and improving the DigiU ecosystem's products. In the future, these products will be monetised, which will increase the overall company's earnings and, therefore, your dividends.

The strategy session enabled us to establish a more convenient teamwork process. Therefore, we are confident of a successful implementation of all the tasks set!
