Exchanging DigiU shares for securities

Very soon, DigiU project partners will become owners of securities registered according to international legal standards! Security is a document which grants certain rights to its owner. In our case - it is a document, which gives the right to receive a profit share!

What stage are we at?
We are at the stage of obtaining an International Securities Identification Number, ISIN. We have previously registered two companies in a European jurisdiction, Cyprus. Upon completion of the assignment procedure, we will provide all DigiU investors with the opportunity to exchange their company shares for registered securities!

How do I exchange DigiU shares for securities?
To exchange shares into securities, you will need to go through a KYC verification procedure. KYC (know your customer) is a compulsory process to identify and verify customer's identity. For the KYC process at DigiU, we plan to engage highly qualified international legal experts and prepare a secure infrastructure for storing your data.

When will you become a security holder?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the ISIN code issuance process has been delayed, but we expect to complete the procedure in February. We will then set up the KYC process so that you can go through it easily. Once you pass the KYC, you will be able to exchange DigiU shares for securities.

The exchange of shares into securities will be done one-to-one: 1 share = 1 security.
