Bridge Round is designed for two years. Its main goal – scaling the company and ensuring its legal, financial, and technological readiness, with each stage culminating in achieving a specific milestone.

We present the roadmap.

Stage 1

Goal $550,000: completion of T1 legal structure, launch of MVP Alpha, infrastructure preparation.

Stage 2

Goal $730,000: growth of Alpha users to 10,000, expansion of digital identity MVP tests, launch of DID servers and wallet prototype.

Stage 3

Goal $980,000: 15,000 Alpha users, initial MVP identity features, agreements with data centers, and device prototypes.

Stage 4

Goal $1,300,000: internal digital identity tests, initial prototypes of «supercomputer» and gadgets, test launch of wallet.

Stage 5

Goal $1,730,000: beta testing of digital identity, launch of payment channels, first revenue.

Stage 6

Goal $2,310,000: second version of digital identity MVP (500+ users), pilot batches of devices, KYC integration.

Stage 7

Goal $3,070,000: release of first batch of supercomputers and gadgets, growth to 1,500 digital copies.

Stage 8

Goal $4,090,000: expansion of gadget lineup (watch, bracelet, pendant, etc.), 3,000 digital copies.

Stage 9

Goal $5,450,000: delivery of 500+ devices, launch of paid features, corporate use cases.

Stage 10

Goal $7,260,000: commercial launch of digital identity (8,000 copies), introduction of AI avatars, PR campaign.

Stage 11

Goal $9,660,000: large-scale launch (10,000 copies), gadget sales, final audit.

Stage 12

Goal $12,870,000: full commercial release of supercomputers and gadgets, growth of digital identities to 15,000+, preparation for Series A/IPO/IDO.

Important:

  • Upon achieving goals, the company may close the Bridge Round early.
  • The number of stages and goals may be adjusted based on market and technological conditions.
