Buyback: First Payout

On 25.07.2025, DigiU conducted the first payout as part of the share buyback program.

Total fund size: $14,911.
Program participants: 351.

Payouts were received by 206 participants who completed KYC.

KYC applications not submitted: 145.
Full and partial payments were made to all participants who completed KYC.

Please note that completing the KYC procedure is a mandatory requirement for participating in the buyback.

IMPORTANT: If participants who have not completed KYC do not submit an application by the time of the second payout, they will be excluded from the overall calculation.

More details on the results of the first stage of the buyback program:

79 participants received full payouts and have completed their participation in the program.

272 participants will continue to receive payouts in subsequent periods.

22.5% of participants received the full amount and have completed their participation in the program.

Reminder of the buyback program terms:

• Payments are made on the 25th of each month. The next payout – 25.08.2025.
• Buyback fund: from $10,000 to $100,000 per month.
• Payments are made to all participants who have confirmed their participation and completed KYC.
• The payout amount depends on the available fund in a given month.
• Shares are debited only after the full payout of the request.
