DigiU Ecosystem Events: July 2025

The first half of 2025 has been a defining period for the DigiU ecosystem. June marked the culmination of a months-long transformation: snapshots were completed, the final registry of preferred shareholders was formed, and the implementation of the digital identity – a result of years of development and integrations – started.

As the CEO emphasized, DigiU has transitioned from the design phase to the action stage. Ahead lie the release of the MVP Alpha, the launch of the Bridge Round, active participation in international initiatives, and the ecosystem's ascent to a new level of maturity.

In this overview, we’ll share DigiU’s plans for July, covering investment steps, product development, and international directions.

Share Distribution and Bridge Round

«We continue to establish a realistic market valuation for the company and enhance the ecosystem’s investment appeal. We’ve managed to increase the share of early investors to 29%, granting them special rights, and have advanced in creating a highly secure and promising legal structure. Congratulations to all DigiU ecosystem co-owners on this milestone. Our goal is to confirm the company’s valuation in the $400M–$1B range and prepare for the Series A round,» commented Alexey Ognev.

Key dates this month:
July 14-20: share recalculation and distribution.
July 15: Bridge Round starts.

What is a Bridge Round

As Alexey Ognev explained: «Bridge Round is an interim investment round that companies conduct between major venture rounds, such as between Seed and a public round or an institutional Series A.

Its primary goal is to secure funding during rapid growth or preparation for the next major stage without losing momentum. This approach enables a company to leap from initial successful launches to large-scale growth and entry into major markets.»

For DigiU, this means:

• 12-24 months of development during the peak growth of the AI market.
• $25-50M for launching key areas: Alpha, digital identity, infrastructure, team, security, and partnerships.
• Selling 5-10% of the company with incremental valuation increase.
• Preparation for a Series A round or a public market entry.

For investors, this offers:

• Maximum entry discount: the opportunity to buy shares at a price several times lower than in subsequent funding rounds.
• Bonus shares: up to +30% for participating in early stages.
• Dividends from operational products and buyback from DigiU.
• The right to exit with profit as valuation grows and subsequent rounds (including public ones) are launched.

DigiU Alpha: Launch of Digital Identity

The practical implementation of the digital identity concept has started. Alpha is gradually becoming the interface for the entire ecosystem.

4 roles at launch: Personal, Investor, Leader, Teacher.
High monetization potential: affordable subscription model + regional product versions.
Multi-platform model: Telegram, Zalo, Lime, Web, Mobile App.

Antipad, Capitalist, Pumpy

The ecosystem is strengthening its product lineup, focusing on accessibility, automation, and Web3 integration.

Antipad Wallet: cross-chain exchange and swaps implemented within Telegram. Supports card purchases and secure asset management.

Capitalist: updated functionality. Users earn XP and progress in the AI Contest.

Pumpy: waitlist for the AI Copilot for Web3 is now open. Applications from early users are being accepted.

Latin America – Priority Region

July: The Venture-builder team will mentor at XFounders Bootcamp in El Salvador.

Signed memorandum with Innova technology park (Brazil) to explore a pilot RWA project at the BRICS level.

Focusing on Latin America allows DigiU to integrate into local fintech clusters and strengthen its position.

CrossCurve MetaLayer: Next-Level Infrastructure

CrossCurve MetaLayer is a secure all-in-one tool for swaps, bridging, and farming. Amid a complex market, the project continues active development:

Integration: with Binance Wallet.
Participation: in EthCC and Istanbul Blockchain Week.
MetaDrop 2.0: 3x points + a challenge with Taiko ($5,000 prize pool).
New proposal: up to 10% of $EYWA as collateral via Curve LlamaLend.
Product roadmap: router v3/v4, CrossCurve Foundation.
Sonic Airdrop: new allocation system, preparation for Rings Points 2.0a loyalty program.
