❓What happens after I submit an application?
In January 2025, a list of investors eligible for the buyback will be compiled. In February, all participants will be offered an individual buyback rate, at which the company will repurchase the shares.
❓What rate will be used for the buyback?
An individual buyback rate will be calculated for each investor. It will be based on several factors:
❓What will the returns be?
The expected returns will range from 10% to 200% and will be calculated based on the individual buyback rate. The buyback is secured by the company's liquid assets and the returns from ecosystem products. The buyback terms may change in accordance with market conditions and the company's financial strategy. Participants will be notified of any changes.
❓Can I sell half of my shares and keep the other half?
No, the company will buy back all shares on your balance. Partial buybacks will not be available!
❓I submitted an application but changed my mind. What should I do?
After receiving the individual buyback rate (February 2025), participants will have the opportunity to accept or decline the buyback. Without confirmation, the application will be canceled.
❓Who can apply for the buyback?
Those who bought from November 1, 2019 23:59 (UTC) to November 30, 2022 23:59 (UTC).
❓If I only have gifted shares and no investments between November 1, 2019, 23:59 (UTC) and November 30, 2022, 23:59 (UTC), am I eligible?
No.
❓Do I need to complete KYC to apply for the buyback?
No, KYC is not required to submit an application. HOWEVER, it is mandatory to complete KYC to receive the buyback payment.
❓When will buyback payments be made?
Buyback payments will start at the end of Q2 2025, in July 2025. Funds will be credited to the partner account.
❓How much money is DigiU allocating for the buyback?
The maximum buyback volume may be limited by a specific amount, depending on the company's financial strategy and market conditions.
