DigiU.Voice is one step away from getting a patent!
In July, we successfully passed the patent search! Now we start the main stage - patent registration!
For one month, we collected documents, held negotiations with lawyers and patent attorneys, studied the market. As a result, we've applied for a patent registration for the "Method of cloning (synthesis) of speech with the transfer of reliable intonation of the cloned pattern" invention.
Why are we doing this?
Security. Obtaining a patent protects the DigiU.Voice technology. By registering the patent, we get a guarantee that no one will be able to use this invention without the DigiU consent.
Quality Guarantee. If an invention is patented, it automatically means that it has been tested and has no faults.
Market Advantages. The patent strengthens the position of the company and its partners making the developments and any other products more competitive.
Profit. The use of our technology by third parties with the official permission of Rospatent, gives us a guarantee of financial benefits and fees in a defined amount. The market value of patented products is also higher than that of unprotected analogs.
Build up company assets. Intellectual property is an intangible asset that significantly increases the value of a company and makes it more attractive in the eyes of investors and partners.
️ Within 12 months from the date of applying for a patent, DigiU has the right to apply for a patent in any other country of the world. It means that we could patent DigiU.Voice technology internationally!
Obtaining a patent is a new stage in the company's development and a significant achievement of the DigiU IT team! We've achieved such an impressive result in just six months of the company's work! And we are not ready to rest! This year the DigiU IT Team will start creating its first products based on the DigiU.Voice technology.
The patent registration process takes from 1.5 to 3 years. If during this time a similar request for a patented search from another person is formed, the registration will be denied. At present, there is a tendency to accelerate, so there is a good chance that the period of obtaining a patent will be minimal, i.e. declared 1.5 years.
