Frequently Asked Questions about EYWA Token Withdrawals and Snapshot
On 18.11.2024, the wallet collection process started to distribute tokens to sales participants, and the EYWA snapshot was announced.
These events generated a lot of excitement! Below are answers to the most frequently asked questions.
Who can apply for EYWA token withdrawal?
Starting November 18, applications are open to users who participated in the EYWA token sales at $0.06 with an 18-month vesting period (05.09.2022, 07.09.2022, 14.02.2023).
An interface for EYWA token holders from the Pre-Seed round with a 36-month vesting period (snapshots, Drop X, sale on 08.06.2023) will be introduced later.
I have tokens from two vesting periods. What should I do?
You need to submit two applications in your DigiU account:
- To withdraw tokens with an 18-month vesting period.
- To withdraw tokens from the Pre-Seed round with a 36-month vesting period, once the corresponding interface is available.
Why is the withdrawal button not visible in my account?
The «Withdraw» button is only available to users holding tokens with an 18-month vesting period. All other asset holders will need to wait for the application interface to go live. Stay tuned.
I won't be able to apply for my token withdrawal before 24.11.2024 23:59 (UTC). What should I do?
Don’t worry; applications will still be accepted after November 25. However, in this case, you will receive your tokens after the TGE. The distribution timeline will be specified in your account.
Which wallet can I specify in the application?
Provide your non-custodial wallet address (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Ledger Nano S/X) on the ERC20 chain.
Please note: only wallet addresses on the ERC20 chain are accepted.

- The investor is fully responsible for providing the correct wallet address.

Do I need to fulfill both conditions to participate in the EYWA snapshot?
You can fulfill either one or both conditions. Meeting both will increase the number of project tokens in your portfolio.
What does the condition «purchase DigiU shares starting from $100» mean?
If you have an installment plan, a single payment of $100 or more will qualify you for participation in the snapshot.
I’m a new investor and have already purchased one RWA project package for $50. How can I participate in the EYWA snapshot?
By 26.11.2024, your account will provide an option to purchase another package.
