3rd Apato Snapshot

We are excited to announce the third and final snapshot for tokens of the new Just Residence project.

The snapshot period runs from 01.09.2024 to 15.09.2024, 23:59 (UTC). The conditions are simple:

Make any payment of shares starting from $100.

Open a deposit for at least 12 months.

Please note:

You will receive tokens for both shares and deposits separately.

Token allocation for deposits will be similar to share allocation: the larger your deposit, the more tokens you will receive as a gift.

Any active overdue payments during the snapshot will fully exclude you from the distribution.

Also, note that on September 15th, sales for the new Just Residence project will begin in Apato.

Just Residence are fully furnished loft-style apartments located just a five-minute bike ride from one of Bali’s most beautiful and popular beaches – Melasti. The developer, Vertikal Construction, has been active in the Indonesian market for 16 years and has completed over 40 projects.

The apartments are priced at just $85,000, so we expect a quick sell-out of all available tokens.
