Today, we completed the recalculation and distribution of DigiU shares.

During the process, 4,8 billion shares were distributed. The proportions are presented in the table.

«We continue to establish a real market valuation of the company and increase the investment appeal of the ecosystem. The reorganization of DigiU involves many processes.

This summer, we were able to complete some of them:

• Finalization of the share sale;
• First stage of burning 100 billion unclaimed shares;
• Recalculation and allocation.

These procedures reduced the company’s valuation to approximately $4 billion and increased investors' ownership of the ecosystem to 10%.

Important! By August 20, 2024, we will recalculate and allocate shares for active installment plans. The recalculated shares will be added to the last payment in your payment schedule.

• Allocation was made based on fully purchased shares.
• Allocation for installment plans included in the snapshots will be completed by August 20, 2024.
