Results of the Extra Round, 4 Snapshot, and Drop X

Congratulations to all investors on the completion of the Extra Round! The round saw participation from 913 participants, with 9 998 875 shares purchased.

In the 4 Snapshot, a total of 2 0969 investors and 3589125210 DigiU shares were involved.

In Drop X:

• 5 158 users participated.
• The Newcomer Box was received by 551 investors.
• The Investor Box by 942 investors.
• The Partner Box by 56 investors.

Coming up in August:

• Rewards for Drop X will be distributed on 05.08.2024.
• The number of shares for recalculation will be published between 05.08.2024 and 10.08.2024.
• Recalculation and crediting of shares will take place from 11.08.2024 to 15.08.2024.
• The preliminary shareholder list will be published from 09.08.2024 to 15.08.2024.

Reminder:

• The sale of new share packages has ended.
• The option to restore canceled installments in the personal account is now closed.
