After the webinar on 12.07.2024, we received many questions about the extra round. We have compiled the most important ones and asked the CEO of DigiU to answer them.

Why is the company reopening the sale of share packages after completing the initial sale?

12,000 users registered in the ecosystem, and 2,700 new investors joined. Among them are those who purchased a $10 package as part of the Newcomer tasks, but this package does not participate in the share recalculation. We have received many requests to open the opportunity to invest and participate in the recalculation.

We faced a difficult decision and decided to open the sale of shares until 31.07.2024 under the conditions of the extra round to consider everyone's interests.

Why is the extra round and the 4th snapshot being conducted?

The extra round allows everyone who, for some reason, did not manage to buy shares by 01.07 to become investors in the ecosystem.

The 4th snapshot is conducted for all investors. To participate, you need to make any share payment from 01.07.2024 to 31.07.2024, 23:59 (UTC).

Can I purchase a new package from 15.07.2024 to 31.07.2024?

Yes, during this period, both new and existing investors can purchase a new package of DigiU shares.

Will there be an extension of the share sale?

No, we are opening the extra round strictly until 31.07.2024, 00:00 (UTC) or until the allocated shares are fully sold. There will be no extensions or additional opportunities to purchase new share packages.

How long will the round last?

From 15.07.2024 to 31.07.2024, 23:59 (UTC) or until the shares are fully sold.

Will the purchased shares participate in the recalculation?

Yes, that's why we are conducting the 4th snapshot to form a complete list of participants and recalculate the shares. You can find the conditions of the extra round by following the link.
