Completion of Share Sales: 30.06.2024

The DigiU ecosystem is nearing the completion of its securities sales. From 01.07.2024, the process of recalculating shares and forming the final shareholder registry will begin.

1. In 2020, DigiU registered its parent company, DigiU Holdings Ltd, in the jurisdiction of the European Union (in Cyprus) and registered the SPV company, DigiU Finance Ltd.

2. The company's charter states that DigiU Holdings Ltd issued 200 billion shares. 10% of these shares, which is 20 billion shares of DigiU Holdings Ltd, will be sold through crowd investing.

3. This 10% share package is owned by DigiU Finance Ltd.
