Investment Forum: Day 2

The second day of the forum was dedicated to the launch of the tokenized real estate marketplace, which we've been preparing for the past six months.

Congratulations to the Apato Estate team and the entire DigiU ecosystem on a successful launch!

Speakers included:

Olga Gorhyan, an international real estate sales expert with 7 years of experience, talked about the development of the international real estate market.

Alexander I, Head of WebWise Ventures, provided an expert assessment of global investment trends, enabling solutions for tokenization and recognizing it as a long-term trend.

Dmitry Hollandtsev explained the mechanics of the Apato marketplace.

The highlight was a three-hour training session by business trainer Sergey Azimov on sales and promotion of new products, tokenization trends, and current real estate market solutions.

«We understand that Apato is a project with new forms of ownership and transactions. It requires more time for implementation, training of specialists, and possibly for the formation of a new type of real estate agents, brokers. It's also a new commercial product, increasing the company's capitalization and our influence on all market sectors.

And despite all the challenges, on the very first day, we saw high interest in purchasing both from DigiU investors and forum participants. The project launch was successful, and this is just the beginning!» – shared Alexey Ognev.
