What is the Apato Estate project?
Apato is a new technological project that allows you to invest in high-yield real estate in Bali and earn up to 15% annually. Note! Apato Estate does not have its own token.

What are the tokens needed for?
Tokens certify ownership rights in the property and entitle holders to a share of rental payments.
How to earn with tokens?
Token holders receive a share of the property rental income.
When will co-owners start receiving rental income?
The property is already leased, so co-owners can earn from the rent no later than the following month after purchasing the property.
What payment is required to participate in the snapshot?
Make a one-time payment for a DigiU share package starting from $100.

Can the token price increase?
Yes, as the token price is tied to the real estate price, it may increase with the property's value growth.
That's why 700 investors who have already purchased properties do not sell tokens. They receive stable income and see token growth opportunities in line with real estate price increases.
Why do snapshot and private sale run simultaneously?
To allow investors with different strategies to practically obtain tokens and see how dividends from rental income are credited to them.
Snapshot is a gift for all investors from the DigiU ecosystem. Private sale is for those who want to increase their portfolio and get more opportunities. To ensure you participate first, we opened the sale a day earlier than the official start.
Where does the sale take place and how do I make a payment?
You can make the payment in the Private Round section of your Personal Account using any available payment method. They will then be displayed in your personal account.

Please note that any active overdue payments at the time of the snapshot completely exclude you from distribution.
